Building on the technology and success of 100 Hours of Solitude, I’ve started writing more stories at special events. It’s a kind of live writing performance, in which I write fiction based on the cues and stimuli I get from the people around me, through twitter, or via a website.
Nesta asked me to write some stories inspired by biohacking at an event on the subject held in Manchester. Over those six hours, I learned a lot and wrote a few pieces that I never would have anticipated.
